Yes. The Inner Circle renews annually, and you may cancel future renewal at any time before your next renewal date. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current Membership year.
Yes. Membership renews once each year, so your access to Members-only teas, seasonal gifts and Member experiences continues uninterrupted unless you cancel before renewal.
When you join the Inner Circle, you receive a full-sized Welcome Gift valued at approximately $80 USD, along with access to Members-only teas, preferred pricing on selected items, complimentary delivery, and selected discoveries shared with Members of the House.
Seasonal gifts are our gift to you with a purchase of $150 or more, up to four times during each Membership year. Each is included with an eligible order and is not shipped separately.

Manage MembershipYes. The easiest way to give the Inner Circle is with an iLOLA Gift Card. Your recipient puts it toward their own Membership and creates it through their account, so it belongs to them from the start — they hold their own payment details and manage each annual renewal themselves.
Members receive occasional private emails — stories from the House, teas chosen by our co-founders and blenders, serving inspiration and early introductions to new discoveries.
Tea Discs are whole loose-leaf tea, naturally held together until warm water gently sets them free. They remove unnecessary preparation while preserving the ritual of loose-leaf tea.
No. Certain teas, seasonal discoveries and limited releases are created exclusively for Members of the Inner Circle.
No. Member gifts change through the year, each chosen to reflect the season and the discoveries we’re sharing with the House.
