Rocky Rose Oolong Fizz

Fit for royalty, this empress gin cocktail with prosecco will dazzle your guests at your next cocktail hour.

Ingredients:

• 1 Rocky Rose No. 52 Oolong Tea Disc
• Rose water
• Prosecco
• 2 Orange Slices
• Ice

Method:

Steep the Tea Disc and in ½ cup boiling water and let it cool. Strain into Cocktail shaker with some ice, add a few drops rose water and a squeeze of orange. Shake well and strain into champagne glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with orange peel.
