Earl Grey Mocktail
Rich, smooth and silky, iLOLA’s twist on a classic Old Fashioned is unforgettably delicious.
• 1 Royal Cream of Earl Grey No. 11 Black Tea Disc (or substitute with Red Earl Tea Disc for a herbal variation)
• ½ tsp of sugar syrup
• 1 oz Bourbon
• 1 Lemon or Orange Wedge
Steep the Tea Disc in 150ml boiling water and let it cool. Strain and mix with bitters and the sugar cube into a glass. Add Bourbon or Rye and top with ice. Drop in muddled orange peel, sprinkle sugar and garnish with a slice of orange.
