Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders placed on iLOLA Online Shop are prepared by our iLOLA team and delivered by USPS, FedEx or UPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm (PST) will not begin processing until the next business day. If you place your order after 12pm (PST) on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week.

Shipping Costs 

Orders under $50 USD: Shipping charged
Orders over $50 USD ($70 CAD): Free Shipping

Shipping Times

Expected time to process and ship orders is 2-3 business days. Please note that Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

iLOLA support is available weekdays 9am-4pm (PST) at customersupport@ilolatea.com. We do our very best to respond to support emails within 2 business days.  We are not a “big business”. We are a small, family business that strives to give you the best experience in tea and that includes getting back to you in a timely manner.

Return Policy

If you have an item that you wish to return, please email us at customersupport@ilolatea.com and our team members will work with you to resolve the issue. 

In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.

Missing or Damaged Products:

If your item is missing or damaged, please reach out to customersupport@ilolatea.com so we can immediately rectify this issue.
